Returns and Refunds

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: personalised products.
Return shipping is paid for solely by the customer.

Shipping and Taxes

We offer shipping to The United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, The Isle of Man and The Republic of Ireland.
For UK delivery we use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. For Jersey, Guernsey, The Isle of Man and The Republic of Ireland we obtain a range of quotes from various couriers to ensure we remain competitive.
